Calendar
Displays the calls for each day either created by the rep or passed from head office. Out of the box, Quofore offers a flexible approach to scheduling calls via the Field Manager based on group of reps or individually.

From a wealth of available data the right customers can be visited at the right time.

Pre Call Plan
Prior to meeting a customer, the rep can view all the relevant information relating to the call. This includes customer information, Objectives, Promotions and Surveys. Field reps can add their own tasks to aid them on follow-up calls ensuring greater levels of customer service.

The mobile solution allows all this to occur at the customer’s doorstep.

Sales Call
A sales call is initiated by the rep for each customer visited. The rep is guided through a user-friendly interface which structures the call.

For each customer call the field rep has easy access all customer information along with the ability to perform common retail execution tasks including;

   • Taking orders and credits
   • Price checks
   • Record Share of Shelf
   • Check Promotional Compliance

The sales call is the central process of this ergonomically and intuitively designed system.

Activities

This offers a series of relevant reports, graphically displayed on the PDA that serve a useful aide to the rep in monitoring progress and targets.

At head office, reports can be further customised to meet the head office requirements from up to date field intelligence.

Customers
This supplies up to date standardised details of the customer. This helps the rep better understand the individual needs of the customer and proves useful for new reps and where there is a high rep turn in retaining important relationship information.

Review
Once all the call activity is complete, the rep can review and edit all the input data prior to call completion. Any amendments necessary are easily performed with easy access all the call elements.

Along with the wealth of data there are signature and photo capture functions which form part of the call information.

Send & Receive
Once a call is complete Quofore secure and robust synchronisation sends the changes made back to head office and downloads any relevant changes.
